Lindsay LeBourdais MPT, BSc.Kin, COMT
In 2009 I graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and in 2013 I completed my Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia.
My practice is simple: manual therapy techniques to reduce pain and functional limitations, and individualized exercise programs for long lasting pain relief and self-management.
I have taken advanced training in dry needling, and manual and manipulative therapy. I have also taken continuing education courses in shoulder rehabilitation, chronic pain, and pelvic health and rehabilitation.
My special interests are hip and knee osteoarthritis, lower back pain, as well as assessment and treatment of pelvic floor function. However, I treat all ranges of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries and impairments.
I live in Invermere with my husband and our two children, and our Golden Retriever, Loki. I enjoy biking, hiking, paddleboarding, and cross country skiing. I love to explore all the amazing adventures this valley has to offer and I look forward to helping keep all of you enjoying them too.
